AbstractThe Study explores and provides conclusive cases of a range of illnesses related to industrial pollution and chemical odour incidents among the residents living in and around the SIPCOT industrial area based on their subjective experiences. The study recorded 36 different type of chemical odour and 30 health symptoms associated with them. The study found that Children in villages were more prone to frequent illnesses.
