AbstractThis case study documents the role of NCPEDP in empowering people with disabilities through research, campaigns, mentoring and leadership development. Its primary intervention area is Policy Advocacy for inclusion and rights of people with disabilities. This case study examines how the organization sustained its rights based advocacy character and its commitment to the disability cause for the last two decades. Besides, how a small step could turn into a social movement and the variables required to sustain it.
